Formaldehyde
Welcome to UNC-Chapel Hill’s online formaldehyde training course. This course is designed to meet the training requirements for the OSHA Formaldehyde Standard (29 CFR 1910.1048), as well as formaldehyde-specific requirements of the OSHA Laboratory Standard (29 CFR 1910.1450) and OSHA Hazard Communication Standard (29 CFR 1910.1200). At the conclusion is a short quiz to verify that you have completed the course and understand its contents. You must answer at least 70% of the questions correctly to receive credit for the course. After Completion: Remember that you must take and pass the post test in order to receive credit for this training. Onyen or PID required.
