Welcome to UNC's online Nanotechnology Safety Training Course. This online training course will provide employees information on the potential hazards and risks involved with nanotechnology and the control measures that should be utilized to limit exposures. Nanotechnology safety training is a one-time training that is required for all faculty, staff and students who work with nanotechnology, nanomaterials or nanoparticles. At the conclusion is a short quiz to verify that you have completed the course and understand its contents. You must answer at least 70% of the questions correctly to receive credit for the course. If there is a problem with the course or quiz, or if you have any questions in regards to training or other safety questions, please call EHS at (919) 962-5507.
