Hazardous Waste Management for Construction Projects at UNC-Chapel Hill
This training module was designed for University employees that work with hazardous wastes produced from construction and remediation projects. Examples of common construction activities that produce hazardous wastes include: removal of lead based paint, light bulbs and ballast, mercury containing devices, and laboratory remodeling. This training module reviews the federal standards that govern construction activities and explains the UNC-Chapel Hill Hazardous Waste Management System.
