Flu shot Flu Vaccinations 2021: Where, When, Why

Influenza (the flu) is a contagious respiratory illness caused by influenza viruses. The best way to prevent the flu is by being vaccinated each year. Starting Sept. 1, there are several opportunities for UNC-Chapel Hill community members to obtain a flu vaccination on campus.
