OSHA Log Summaries

All establishments covered by Part 104 must complete the OSHA log summary reports. The University is required to complete these summaries and ensure that they are readily available to the employees. This log is required on an annual basis beginning February 1 until April 30. Below are links to UNC-Chapel Hill’s OSHA log summaries.
